MANGO FEST � Mango, orange juice, pineapple.

HEARTY APPLE � Apple juice, bananas, soy protein, cinnamon, honey.

LEMON TWIST BANANA � Lemon juice, banana, soy protein, honey.

Raspberry Banana Soy Shake

Makes 4 - 12 oz shakes (about 60 cents per serving!)

1 6 oz. carton soy milk or soy yogurt (plain) $1.19
1 cup of fresh or frozen (no sugar added) raspberries $0.65
1 banana $0.50
2 cups chunk or cubed ice
4 cups cold water
1/8 tsp vanilla $0.06
1 pkt Stevia $0.06

Blend all ingredients in a blender until milkshake consistency.

You can place them in plastic or glass containers and store in your refrigerator until needed, for up to 7 days. It is yummy and fills two fruit and one vegetable serving.

*gluten-free (make sure to read the label on the soy milk; some of them have barley malt which has gluten in it)

Pineapple Vanilla Soy Shake

Makes 4 - 12 oz shakes (for a total of $1.95 for all 4)

1 6 oz. carton soy milk or soy yogurt (plain) $1.19
1 can pineapple chunks in own juice $0. 58
2 pkt Stevia - $0.12
2 cups ice cubes or chunks
4 cups water
1/4 tsp vanilla $0.06

Blend all ingredients in a blender until milkshake consistency.

You can place them in plastic or glass containers and store in your refrigerator until needed, for up to 7 days. Each shake contains one fruit serving and one vegetable serving.
